Our senior level executive search practice is industry specific focusing on functional specialty areas including CEO & Board Directors, financial officers, acquisitions/development, asset management, human resources, operations and sales & marketing.
WHAT WE DO
Needs Analysis & Job Profile
Conduct in depth interview with the client to gain thorough understanding of the organisation and its culture. Based on discussions, the job parameters are defined and professional and personal qualifications are identified for the ideal candidate.
Research & Identification
Collaborate with client to develop target list of strategic companies. A research plan is developed based on our extensive research skills, our proprietary recruiting database and our broad industry network. Targeted candidates are contacted and screened to ascertain interest and compatibility.
Assessment & Recommendation
Interviews are conducted for potential candidates covering work experience, management style, personal characteristics, and other essential criteria using behavioral and competency frameworks as required. Assessment summaries of the top candidates (typically 4/5) are presented to you and meetings are scheduled with the selected individuals.
Feedback & Offer
Strategise with client to select and secure the ideal candidate. Feedback from all parties is reviewed to measure interest and determine a course of action. At your discretion, we may participate in employment negotiations with the prospective candidate.
