The 4th edition of THINC Sri Lanka & Maldives is set to take place on 15 October 2026 at Hilton Colombo. The pandemic, other restrictions on international travel as well as Sri Lanka’s political situation made it impossible for the conference to continue. While the conference took a hiatus post 2019, this year we are excited to bring back THINC Sri Lanka in a new avatar – a combined edition – THINC Sri Lanka & Maldives.

Recognizing the evolving landscape and the need for adaptation, a combined edition encompassing both Sri Lanka and the Maldives has been created for strategic fusion. “THINC Sri Lanka & Maldives,” not only expands the scope of the conference but also underscores the interconnectedness and synergies between these two dynamic regions. The decision to merge the conference with the Maldives reflects a strategic vision to leverage the unique strengths and opportunities offered by both destinations. It creates a platform for collaboration, knowledge exchange, and networking on a broader scale, fostering deeper engagement and partnerships across borders.

The 2nd Middle East edition of THINC (Tourism Hotel Investment & Networking Conference) emerged as a beacon of innovation and collaboration in the region’s hospitality sector. The Hotel Investment Conference-South Asia (HICSA), since its inaugural edition in 2005, has been an unequalled gathering platform for the hospitality industry the world over. India’s real estate, architecture and design ecosystem is undergoing a fundamental transformation.
